Initial Disclosure Document

Dear Customer,

This document is designed to give you all the information you require to make an informed choice about whether the service we offer is suitable for you. We work closely with numerous Dealers and specially selected Finance providers to help you purchase your desired Vehicle, always looking to make sure you get the best customer outcome available for us to offer.

What we do for you

  • We will guide you through the whole purchase process, from application to collection and after purchase if and when required.
  • We will request sufficient personal and financial information from you to allow us to source the best funding option for you.
  • Our Panel of lenders will assess your suitability and affordability before offering a solution (subject to individual circumstances)
  • We will periodically review the current market, and may offer an alternative product or service if we feel it will benefit you.
  • We will work closely with the Dealer to ensure all aspects of your chosen purchase run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
  • We will check MOT History, HPI Report, and ensure the Dealer meets certain requirements and will report to you any concerns we have before you purchase.
  • After collection we can liaise between you the dealer and the finance provider, to help resolve any issue relating to the vehicle, in order to give the best customer outcome available.

What we charge

  • We will email you a full breakdown of all costs relating to any offer secured in good time for you to decide if it is right for you. This must be agreed and returned before we can conclude any deal.
  • We may receive a commission directly from the chosen lender for introducing you to them. This is subject to terms and conditions and does not affect what you pay. (we can provide details upon written request)
  • We will charge you a Preparatory Fee for our services which can be incorporated into the cost of the loan. This will be from £200 up to a maximum of £1000 (10% of advance or £1000 max)

Please Note

If you feel what we offer is not right for you, you can depend on the dealer’s status, use their funding facility, or indeed source your own funding through other sources, which may reduce the overall cost to purchase the car you want.
